10 .05. 2021 ATG have obtained a new Cessna authorized independent NDI facility approval. ATG s.r.o. has complied with the requirements of the Cessna Citation NDI Certification Program so it is approved to perform nondestructive inspections on Cessna Citation aircraft in addition to our existing EASA Part 145 (D1) services.

This approval from Cessna Aircraft Company is valid for the following methods:

08 .06. 2017 In May 2017, company ATG celebrated 25th anniversary. On this occasion we have organized the international NDT conference, taking place in wonderful Kaiserstein palace in Prague center. ATG with main bussiness partners presented their newest achievements and development in NDT.



Evening program was situated on the Vltava river, on a steamboat cruise with more than 200 people. Sunny weather, live music and lots of excellent food and drinks helped to a good mood and unforgettable experience. Another part of the conference took place in the ATG facility, where presentations were focussed on specific solutions of NDT with hands-on activities.

ATG Special Process House have got NADCAP accreditation for its FPI process

25 .10. 2015 ATG Special Process House got in October NADCAP accreditation for its FPI water-washable penetrant application. The new FPI application provides for its customers professional and experienced personnel and top-end equipment produced directly by ATG.

Sp-Arc – scanner for ultrasonic pipe testing

09 .03. 2015 The Phoenix ISL introduced new scanner for measuring wall thickness of feritic pipes with diameters in range 1' to 4'. One longitudinal scan can cover 120° of 1‘‘-2' pipe with curved PA probes.

Magnetic wheels of scanner are simply adjustable to OD and housing with irrigation of transducers are simply replaceable. Foam seal with very little friction reduces wear. Water pump and 16 or 32 el. PA probes are available as an optional accessory.

CFM56-3C1 – aircraft engine from SNECMA in ATG just for you!

19 .08. 2013 To improve the quality of NDT trainings, especially the practical part of the "aerospace training" according to NAS 410, we have purchased one of the world's most widely used aircraft engines from the company SNECMA CFM56-series 3C1.

This type of engine was used on the Boeing 737. Individual parts of the engine will be used for educational purposes, especially practical parts for methods PT, MT, ET, and UT.

We believe that this equipment, together with instructions by professional lecturers L III will help you to better understand the NDT testing of aircraft engines at an early stage of learning.

ATG celebrates 20 years Anniversary !

01 .06. 2012 ATG company celebrates in these days 20 years on the market! There was organized „NDT Seminar“ for this reason, where ATG products and services for NDT were presented. The seminar took place in hotel President (Prague). Particular themes were presented by specialists from companies: ATG, ATG Slovakia, LA COMPOSITE as well as by our foreign partners: BALTEAU, Sonatest, Rohmann, TECNITEST, Chemetall.

28 .02. 2012 Every student who passes the training or examination at ATG in RT, PT, IWI or Inspector Qualification (Shop/Site/Plant inspection) can obtain the certificate with API logo.

By this step we enlarged our scope in the API (American Petroleum Institue) Training Provider Certification Program. We are now the only one training and examination center in the Central Europe offering a qualification approved by API, now also in 4 methods. WHEEL SCAN 950 M3

07 .10. 2011 Dear customers, we would like to inform you that we have developed and successfully delivered several devices of WHEEL SCAN 950/M3 series for our Czech and foreign custores this year. This automated test system is based on the eddy current method and is designed for fast and fine testing of various aircraft wheels' surfaces, including testing according to manufacturers' specifications as Honeywell and Goodrich. Testing is done through contact, using a specially shaped differencial probes and devices made by M3 ELOTEST Rohmann. Other devices can be also connected to the system, e.g. of ELOTEST PL series. 01 .09. 2011 Between 1st and 5th August, 2011 ATG headquarters successfully passed very important audit performed by Iraq Civil Aviation Authority. ATG group has become now the "Aviation Training Organization" for Nondestructive testing courses (for all methods) according to NAS 410 / EN 4179.

New horizontal magnetic particle benches UNIMAG 400 AC/AC

20 .07. 2011 Based on frequent requests for serial testing of small ferromagnetic parts using magnetic particle testing, we have developed a device UNIMAG 400 AC / AC. Thus, we have complemented the existing range UNIMAG 600 and 900 AC / AC system with a minimum clamping length and a very interesting price / performance ratio.

This device is with open magnetic circuit, combined magnetization and automatic test cycle. That allows efficient testing of large series of various ferromagnetic parts especially for automotive industry. For further information, please, contact our sales department.

We have opened a new training and NDT testing center

08 .04. 2010 At the end of March we participated in the delegation of Mrs. Miroslava Kopicová, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, to Egypt. During her visit of the Arab Academy in Alexandria was also presented our project for the new nondestructive testing and inspection training center, founded by the ATG Ltd. company. The first training courses are planned in May 2010.

This training and NDT inspection center was established in cooperation with the AAST (Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport) and Canadian company Canspect. It is one of the first projects between Egypt and the Czech Republic focused on education. The aim is to provide training for technical staff in the North Africa and Middle East.   

UNIMAG Basic with generators MAGMAN - new economy magnetic test benches, suitable for Aerospace industry

07 .03. 2010 The new series of the horizontal magnetic benches UNIMAG Basic are universal machines that are possible to connect together with series of mobile, or stationary current's generators MAGMAN. These MT benches are from the new series of economy magnetic test benches with great rate of price/performance.

The UNIMAG Basic can be equipped by prisms supports or rollers for manually rotation of the tested parts according customer’s request . The rollers are offered in two designs of spacing. Suitable current generators for the UNIMAG Basic starting from MAGMAN 4000 (HWDC, or FWDC) or above series, optimal solution is using UNIMAG Basic 1200 (or 1800) with generator MAGMAN 6000H. This configuration is the economy solution that you are looking for because it offers very good ration of price/performance and very high detection ability of the magnetizing system. 08 .02. 2010 We have just pass the final initial audit by API (American Petroleum Institute) for training and qualifying services in RT and PT methods. We become the API Certified Training Provider.

23 .10. 2009 The NADCAP accreditation is approved by the manufacturers as Parker Hannifin Corp., Honeywell International, GE Aircraft Engines, Pratt & Whitney, Boeing Company etc. Our NDT specialists Pavel Mařánek, Ing. Václav Jandura, Ph.D. and Josef Krejča (as Outside Agency ATG) have assisted, in addition to the great team of specialists in Jinostroj a.s., to the succesful certification.

The delivery of the horizontal magnetic flaw detector UNIMAG 13 000 AC-AC

27 .08. 2009 ATG company during the summer of 2009 sufficiently put into the operation the horizontal magnetic flaw detector UNIMAG 13 000 AC-AC. This unique system is one of the largest of its kind and was designed on the basis of long-term experience of our designers in compliance with the specific customers’ requirements and their final clients (MAN, CATERPILLAR, WÄRTSILÄ, SIEMENS etc.).

Primarily, the equipment is addressed to testing large crankshafts in length up to 13 m and weight up to 25 t by magnetic particle method and it could be readily modified even for testing other large long parts in length of 20 m and weight of 50 t. The system offers conducting a high-quality and fast magnetic particle inspection of 100% surface with the maximum respect for the safety of operators and parts being tested.

New training center in Egypt

27 .07. 2009 We have signed the Memorandum of understating among: ATG; Canspect Corporation and Arab Academy for Scinece Alexandria – to establish new training and examining center for technical staff.

Arab Academy for Scinece Alexandria is one of the most respected educational institutions in the Arab countries. With our Canadian partner – Canspect Corporation we plan to realize first trainings for NDT personnel in Alexandria until end of 2009.

ATG has been approved by HONEYWELL for MT and PT testing in Level III

28 .05. 2009 Our company ATG has just received the approvals for Outside agency services in aerospace from Honeywell. Václav Jandura, Ph.D. the NDT Level III inspector made big effort to obtain these certificates in NDT Level III / SCA. He led the negotiations and fulfilled all the strict requirements from Honeywell corporation.

Therefore, until 2014 we can provide services focused on personnel qualification, practical services, special warranties and methodic activities for NDT testing in method MT (magnetic particle testing) and PT/FPI (fluorescent penetrant testing).

ATG has been approved for the NDT training in the sector RAILWAY TRANSPORT

14 .05. 2009 From May 7 2009 we can offer our NDT training services also for Railway industry. We have been approved by ŽSR VVÚŽ (Railways of the Slovak Republic - research and evolutionary railways institute) for NDT training in the sector Railway Transport according to COO NSŽ No. 01/2008, EN 473:2008 and UIC 960. We are authorized to provide these services worldwide, except the Slovak Republic.

New fully automatic FPI line LPC 1000

21 .04. 2009 The company ATG developed a fully automatic FPI line with a closed conveyor. On this line, that is intended for a Slovenian supplier of castings for Audi, there is possible to check up to 480 parts in 1 shift. The line was designed to be able to check parts with very complicated form.

The NDT conference will be held from 31. 3. to 2. 4. 2009. The conference hotel Atrium at Nový Smokovec in Slovakia (the Vysoké Tatry mountains) was chosen as a venue for this year.

The conference program will be complemented by NDT exhibition and also by meeting of EF NDT (European Federation for Non-Destructive Testing).

New branch office in Emirates

02 .09. 2008 In december 2008 we solemnly open new branch office of ATG in United Arabic Emirates. In region of Near East we plan to build up new training center focused on NDT methods, problems of corrosion and welding.
